Reminder: Plants Test June 7

Hi Students,

This is a reminder that you have a Science Assessment for Plants coming up.

Test date: Friday, June 7

Here is what you are expected to know for the test, in case you'd like to review at home. You can use the resources on Google Classroom and re-read our class blog posts for help.

• Explain how plants are important to humans/ways humans use plants
• Explain why plants disperse (spread) their seeds; give different ways seeds are dispersed with examples of specific plants
• List what plants needs to survive
• Explain several jobs of each plant part (root, stem, leaf, flower, seed)
• List the names of several pollinators and explain why they are important
• Explain what photosynthesis is through pictures and/or a written explanation
